UC Berkeley computer science, first AI class in 2011. Raised millions and ran a speech-recognition startup for 7 years while living in the living room of a San Francisco two-bedroom, then sold it to a billion-dollar company. Started posting about AI two years ago with one LinkedIn post a day. Now runs a million-dollar solo software company and one of the largest AI education brands on the internet.

Content research, script drafting, the Saturday idea routine, and the coding behind Blotato. She reviews every single output by hand.
Her own product. One YouTube video becomes the newsletter and every social post. Has an API and MCP, so Claude can drive it.
Claude scrapes viral posts above view thresholds and fills an Airtable idea bank every Saturday morning.
The lunch-hour repurpose target. She calls the newsletter one of her most valuable assets.
One post per day minimum, any size. A one-sentence LinkedIn post counts. The streak is the strategy.
Where her people live and where the news reaches her. She reads almost nothing else.
Three lanes she named, three lanes we already occupy.
"AI education is still a blue ocean." Everyday A.I. Club teaches everyday people, exactly the audience she says is underserved.
"Be the AI expert in your town. Chamber of commerce. Local Facebook ads to your own training event." That is the Orion AI Co playbook, word for word.
She films what she builds. Anthony builds client systems and KAIRO daily. The work IS the content calendar.

Sabrina films one day a week. We film two: Monday and Thursday. Same blocks she uses, twice the output, with a banked surplus so week 2 starts ahead.
| Output | Sabrina (1 day) | Ant (2 days) |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube long-form | 1 | 2 |
| Newsletter / Skool deep post | 1 | 2 |
| Shorts filmed | 20 | 40 |
| TikTok posts per day | 2 to 3 | 4 |
| Platforms per short | all, via Blotato | 4 (TT, IG, YT Shorts, FB) |
| Total weekly touches | ~60 | ~120 |

Tap a day to expand its blocks. Film days carry the full Sabrina structure.
Monday blows up? Film Day 1 slides to Tuesday. The week survives one slide, never two.
Drop to 15 shorts and protect the 4 story videos last. Weekly floor is 30 filmed.
The answer is always the banked queue, never a live-posting sprint. Never trade sleep for posts.
Check TikTok Studio Wednesday. If a scheduler fails: repost manually once that evening, then fix the scheduler.
Copy-first doctrine: every short opens with a proven pattern. New Sabrina-derived hooks in the Ant the AI guy voice, plus the Marcus and general libraries. Tap copy, go film.
